Method
Cut the fillets into 6 cm pieces.
Combine all the ingredients from green chilies to lime juice.
Line a baking dish with 1/2 the turmeric leaves.
Sprinkle 1/2 the masala over it.
Arrange the fillets in a single layer over it.
Sprinkle remaining masala over the fillets.
Cover with remaining leaves.
Bake in a moderate oven till done ( about 25 minutes).
Serve hot.

green chilies - 3 to 4, minced
