Grilled fish

Method
  1. Wash and dry fry pieces.
  2. Sprinkle a little bit of flour over the pieces.
  3. Mix salt, dry powders and the ground masalas together with the lime juice.
  4. Roll the fish pieces in this mixture and refrigerate for half an hour.
  5. Lift out fish pieces with marinade sticking to them, place in an oven dish and grill for 5 mins. one each side in a pre-heated oven (250 deg C).
  6. Serve garnished with onion rings and sliced lemon.
Ingredients:
12 fish pieces 1 cm thick
2 tsp lime juice
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp. chilli powder
1 tsp. chilli paste (without the seeds)
1 tbsp coriander powder
1 tsp cumin seed powder
1 tsp garlic paste
2 tsp ginger (ground)
1 tbsp oil
A few drops red colour

For garnishing:
Onion rings and sliced lemon
