Method
  1. Make the marinade with ginger garlic paste, chilli powder, turmeric powder, salt and tamarind pulp
  2. Apply the marinade on the cleaned fish
  3. Keep aside for 1 hr
  4. Crumb the fish with semolina
  5. Deep fry in coconut oil
  6. Serve with lemon wedges
Ingredients:
360 g - lady fish
15 g - ginger garlic paste
10 g - chilli powder
2 g - turmeric powder
20 ml - tamarind pulp
10 g - salt
150 g - semolina
200 g - refined oil
