Pabda Jhol (Butter Fish Curry)

Method
  1. Take four Pabda fish, wash them clean.
  2. Remove the jaws of the fish.
  3. Sprinkle Salt and turmeric powder on the fish and leave them aside for a while.
  4. Heat four tablespoons of mustard oil in the pan, heat it, add the black cumin and turmeric powder, add some water, and add sliced green chilies.
  5. Now put the fish in the pan, Sim the flame.
  6. Let the fish boil and soften, turn the fishes softly on the other side, do it very carefully, so that the fishes does not break.
  7. Add salt, add coriander leaves profusely.
  8. See that the gravy do not dry up.
  9. Pour the fishes along with the gravy on a flat dish.
  10. Sprinkle mustard oil on it.
  11. Decorate the dish with more chopped coriander leaves and sliced green chillies.

4 - butter fish (pabda)
6 - sliced green chillies
4 tbsp - mustard oil
4 tbsp - chopped coriander leaves
� tsp - black cumin
2 tsp - turmeric powder
salt to taste
