Salmon Masala

Method
  1. Grind all the ingredients in mixer.
  2. Make some slits in salmon fillets.
  3. Fill the slits with mixture and leave aside for 1/2 hour.
  4. Take a pan and pour oil and fry salmon masala in it until it flakes and done.
  5. Serve with steamed rice and seasoned green beans.
Ingredients:
2 - salmon fillets
1 pod - ginger
4 pods - garlic
1 - green chilli
1 bunch - cilantro
1 - lime
salt as per taste
fish masala
2 tsp - oil
