For Marinade:
1 cup - fresh coriander, chopped
1/2 cup - white vinegar
1/2 cup - soya sauce
3 tbsp - olive oil
4 sticks - spring onions (chopped)
2 cm - fresh ginger, peeled and crushed
2 tsp - coriander powder
