Tandoori fish

  1. Marinade the fish for at least 2 hours, or preferably overnight, in a mixture made of the above ingredients.
  2. Cook in a pre-heated oven (190 deg C) for 40 mins. until the fish has cooked.

Note: The fish has to be cooked on a flat baking tray for the tandoori colour and flavor to come through.

6 fish steaks
3 tbsp. tandoori powder
1 small carton plain yoghurt (150 gms.)
3 tsp. crushed garlic
3 tsp. grated ginger
1 tsp. salt
Juice of 1 lemon
1 tsp. chilli powder
