Tuna Fish Tomato Curry

Method
  1. Tuna fish -  cut into pieces & put little salt, little turmeric powder & little lemon juice & keep aside.  

  2. Heat oil in vessel, put minced onion & tomato.   Cook till onion is soft & tomato is pulpy.

  3. Add the following : 1/2 table spoon coriander powder, 1/2 teaspoon cumin powder, 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder, 1 table spoon chilli powder, 1/2 teaspoon garam masala powder

  4. Mix well.   Let masala get cooked on slow fire with water.  Put enough water to make gravy & salt to taste.

  5. Boil well & put fish.
  6. Garnish with coriander leaves.

Ingredients:

1/2 kg tuna fish
1/2 table spoon coriander powder
1/2 teaspoon cumin powder
1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
1 table spoon chilli powder
1/2 teaspoon garam masala powder
1 tea spoon lemon juice
1 onion 
1 big tomato
salt to taste
fresh coriander leaves
1 onion – minced
1 big tomato – minced fine
