Tuna fish - cut into pieces & put little salt, little turmeric powder & little lemon juice & keep aside.
Heat oil in vessel, put minced onion & tomato. Cook till onion is soft & tomato is pulpy.
Add the following : 1/2 table spoon coriander powder, 1/2 teaspoon cumin powder, 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder, 1 table spoon chilli powder, 1/2 teaspoon garam masala powder
Mix well. Let masala get cooked on slow fire with water. Put enough water to make gravy & salt to taste.
