Method
Slice the eggs in half, lengthwise, remove yolks and mash well.
Add tuna fish, mayonnaise, chopped parsley, green chillies, mustard, salt and pepper. Blend well together.
Arrange egg whites on a platter and stuff with generous helping of the egg yolk mixture.
Garnish with a slice of stuffed olives and chill for an hour before serving.

1 tin - tuna fish
6 - hard boiled eggs
1/2 cup - mayonnaise
