Method
  1. Clean the fish fillets and apply a bit of turmeric and salt, by doing so the fish odour can be eliminated to an extent.
  2. In a wok, heat oil, add onions and fry until golden brown.
  3. Add ginger garlic paste, green chillies, coriander leaves, salt and red chilly paste and cook until a thick gravy is formed (add water if required)
  4. Lastly, add fish and toss it,.
  5. Try not to use a spoon as the fish is delicate.
  6. Try to toss the wok itself.
  7. Cover with a lid and cook until done.
  8. Serve with steamed rice.
Ingredients:
500 g - fish fillets
1/4 tsp - turmeric powder
1/2 tsp - garam masala
1 tbsp - ginger garlic paste
1 tsp - lemon juice
red chilly powder, as per taste
salt
2 - onions, finely chopped
coriander leaves
2 - green chillies, finely chopped
