Method
Clean the fish fillets and apply a bit of turmeric and salt, by doing so the fish odour can be eliminated to an extent.
In a wok, heat oil, add onions and fry until golden brown.
Add ginger garlic paste, green chillies, coriander leaves, salt and red chilly paste and cook until a thick gravy is formed (add water if required)
Lastly, add fish and toss it,.
Try not to use a spoon as the fish is delicate.
Try to toss the wok itself.
Cover with a lid and cook until done.
Serve with steamed rice.
