Method
- Boil the chanadal in a cooker for one whistle such that it retains its shape(half boiled) .
- Keep it aside. Cut the mutton to bite size pieces and wash itand keep it aside.
- Make a paste of all the masalas.now take a saucepan and put oil in it and fry onions and green chillies till theyare light brown in colour,now add ginger garlic paste and garam masala paste to it,fry for 2-3 minutes ,now add mutton ,salt,turmeric and stir in high heat for 3 min then simmer until all the water is gone and the mutton is tender,now add water and pressure cook for 7 to 8 whistles.
- When the mutton is cooked add the cooked chanadalto it and simmer it for 10 minutes until heated through.
- Garnish it with coriander leaves.
- Goes well with hot rice .
