Method
  1. Boil the chanadal in a cooker for one whistle such that it retains its shape(half boiled) .
  2. Keep it aside. Cut the mutton to bite size pieces and wash itand keep it aside.
  3. Make a paste of all the masalas.now take a saucepan and put oil in it and fry onions and green chillies till theyare light brown in colour,now add ginger garlic paste and garam masala paste to it,fry for 2-3 minutes ,now add mutton ,salt,turmeric and stir in high heat for 3 min then simmer until all the water is gone and the mutton is tender,now add water and pressure cook for 7 to 8 whistles.
  4. When the mutton is cooked add the cooked chanadalto it and simmer it for 10 minutes until heated through.
  5. Garnish it with coriander leaves.
  6. Goes well with hot rice .
Ingredients:
mutton 500gms
chanadal100gms
1 onion finely chopped
ginger garlic paste 1tsp
for garam masala
cloves 3or4
cinnamon 1
cardamom 2or3
dhaniajeerapwdr 1tsp
khuskhus 1/2tsp
salt as per ur taste
