Method
Clean and wash the mutton pieces.
Pressure cook the mutton with chopped onions, green chillies, pepper powder sufficient water and salt for ten minutes.
Add water accordingly because the onions give off lot of water.
Heat oil in an iron kadai, add chopped mint leaves and saute for few seconds.
Add the whole mutton mixture into it and slowly keep stirring till the mutton is well coated with the masala.
Garnish with chopped coriander leaves.

1/2 kg - mutton
2 - onions (finely chopped)
5 to 7 - green chillies (finely chopped)
1 1/2 tsps - pepper powder
few chopped mint leaves
finely chopped coriander leaves (for garnishing)
3 to 4 tbsps - refined oil
salt to taste
