Method
- Heat 1 tbsp butter in a pan
- Add onion, and fry till transparent
- Add ginger-galic and saute for 2 min.
- Add mutton, salt and pepper
- Fry till light brown
- Remove from fire and let it cool
- Slice the mutton into thin strips
- Apply butter on bread slices
