Method
  1. Wash and cut mutton into pieces.
  2. Heat oil and fry the ground masala, adding masala vinegar and water.
  3. Add meat pieces and whole garlic cloves and cook until tender.
  4. Serve with hot steamed rice.
Ingredients:
1 kg mutton
1/4 kg oil
1 pod garlic, separated into cloves

Grind together:
3 tbsp cumin
3 tbsp mustard seeds
60 gms dry red chillies
in 3/4 cup vinegar
