1 1/2 cups - fine dried breadcrumbs
1/2 cup - chopped celery
500 g - spaghetti, boiled in salted water
250 g - meat, cooked
3 to 4 tbsp - olive oil
2 cloves - garlic, minced
3 tbsps - unsalted butter, melted and kept warm
5 1/2 tbsp - grated parmesan cheese
salt and freshly ground pepper
drained and transferred to a warm bowl
