Sweet Mango Chutney

Method
  1. Wash, peel and slice the mangoes into very thin pieces.
  2. Peel and mince ginger finely.
  3. Mix the vinegar, sugar, salt, chilli powder and ginger in a saucepan and cook for about 15 mins. stirring constantly.
  4. Add mangoes and simmer on a very low fire till the mangoes are pulpy.
  5. Cool and store in dry airtight bottles.
Ingredients:
1 kg - green mangoes
1 kg - brown sugar
200 g - fresh ginger
1 � cups - vinegar
3 tbsp - chilli powder
1 tbsp - salt
