In a pan, mix sugar, gelatin and water
Boil till gelatin and sugar dissolve
Remove from fire
Add mango pulp, lemon juice
Mix it well, set in refrigerator for 1 hour
Beat egg whites
Mix it with the set mixture, Add all the remaining ingredients except the pie crust
Place the pie crust in a pan
Pour the mixture over it
Set it for another 3 hours in the refrigerator
serve after garnishing with mango slices

1 tsp vanilla essence
1/2 tsp cardamom powder
1/4 tsp cinnamon powder
1/4 tsp nutmeg powder
3/4 cup sugar
3/4 cup whipping cream
2 packets unfalvoured gelatin
1baked pie crust (approx 9")
1 tbspl lemon juice
1/2cup water
