Mango Pie

Method

  1. In a pan, mix sugar, gelatin and water

  2. Boil till gelatin and sugar dissolve

  3. Remove from fire

  4. Add mango pulp, lemon juice

  5. Mix it well, set in refrigerator for 1 hour

  6. Beat egg whites

  7. Mix it with the set mixture, Add all the remaining ingredients except the pie crust

  8. Place the pie crust in a pan

  9. Pour the mixture over it

  10. Set it for another 3 hours in the refrigerator

  11. serve after garnishing with mango slices

Ingredients:

11/2 cup smooth mango pulp
2 egg whites
1 tsp vanilla essence
1/2 tsp cardamom powder
1/4 tsp cinnamon powder
1/4 tsp nutmeg powder
3/4 cup sugar
3/4 cup whipping cream
2 packets unfalvoured gelatin
1baked pie crust (approx 9")
1 tbspl lemon juice
1/2cup water
