Method
  1. Remove the stem part of the eggplant. Cut lengthwise in half. And make a cut lengthwise of the half, but this time not all the way through. And soak in the salted water.

  2. Put butter in a pan and saute onion. Then put meat,bread crumbs,salt and water. Sim the heat and cover the pan for one minute.

  3. Put the cheese and mix well. Keep aside for cooling. Then divide into six parts.

  4. Wipe off the water from the eggplant. Sprinkle constarch on the cut surface. Place the layer of meat mixer between the eggplant halves. And again sprinkle the cornstarch around the meat.

  5. Heat oil for deep fry. On medium heat fry eggplant 4-5 minutes.Or cook until the meat is welldone.

  6. Eat with grated ginger and soy sauce. Or with ketchup

Ingredients:


1. eggplant 6
2. onion 2(small and chopped)
3. cheese 4Tsp(grate)
4. minced meat 250gm (chicken or pork)
5. bread crumbs 3Tsp
6. salt according to taste
7. water 11/2Tsp
8. cornstarch 1Tsp
9. Butter 1Tsp
10. oil for deep fry
