Method
- Cut pork into cubes.
- Grind to a fine paste coriander, cinnamon, cloves, garlic & ginger.
- Mix curds, pepper and ground spices.
- Soak liver pieces in the mixture.
- Put liver on skewer and stand for 10 mts.
- Melt a little butter pour over liver.
- Hold skewers over fire for 10 mts turning them occasionally.

500 gms pork liver
1 tsp coriander powder
2' piece cinnamon
6 cloves
1/2 pod garlic
1/2 inch ginger
1 tsp pepper powder
1/2 cup curds
