Grind to a paste:
1/4 cup - fresh mint leaves
1/2 cup - fresh coriander
1 tbsp - fresh chopped ginger
1 clove - garlic, chopped
1 - medium size green mango, peeled and chopped
1/2 tsp - turmeric powder
1 tsp - red chilli powder
1/2 tsp - cumin powder
1 tsp - ground fennel powder
2 tbsp - water
salt to taste
