Jeera Prawn

Method
  1. Shell, thaw, clean and strain the prawns.
  2. In a pan, heat the ghee to hot. Fry the cumin, add the onion, ginger and garlic.
  3. When well cooked, lower heat, add the turmeric and capsicum.
  4. Stir fry until the capsicums have softened but retains their colour then turn up the heat to high, add the prawns and coriander and stir fry for about 5 mins.
  5. Serve at once.

Serves: 4

Ingredients:
340 g - fresh or frozen shrimps or prawns
4 tbsp - ghee
� - onion, finely chopped
1� inch - fresh ginger
1 to 2 tsp - garlic puree
� - red capsicum in thin strips
1 tbsp - whole cumin seeds, while
1 tsp - turmeric
salt and pepper
