Method
  1. Powder 1 1/2 tbsps. cumin seeds.
  2. Mix with turmeric and chilli powder and salt and apply on the prawns and set aside for 15 mins. Steam cook the vegetables.
  3. Heat 5 tbsps. mustard oil and toss in the remaining cumin seeds, 2 red chillies and bay leaves.
  4. When the mixture turns brown, add the prawns and fry till dry and nicely browned on all the sides.
  5. Put in the vegetables and big pinch of flour and fry till the oil floats on top.
  6. Remove from fire and sprinkle garam masala, green chillies and coriander leaves on top.
Ingredients:
500 g - white marrow, peeled and grated
250 g - small prawns, cleaned and deveined
100 g - shelled green peas
1 tsp - turmeric powder
1 tsp - garam masala
2 tbsp - cumin seeds
2 - bay leaves
a few sprigs coriander leaves
2 - green chillies, minced
salt and chilli powder to taste
5 tbsps - mustard oil
a big of flour
