Put the pan on fire, add half of the oil.
After three min add thinly sliced onions and then fry until golden brown.
Remove and keep aside.
Now add the ginger garlic paste, green chilli paste and fry until nice aroma comes, then add the cleaned prawns and fry for 3-4 min.
Then add the jeera powder, cut tomatoes and mix well.
Cook on medium heat until they soften.
Now put in grated coconut, coconut milk, salt, garam masala powder.
Remove after 5 min. Empty the gravy into a casserole and top it with parboiled rice.
Garnish it with fried onions, finely cut cilantro/coriander, a few mint leaves.
Cover with a lid, seal the sides with atta dough and cook on slow heat till rice is done.
Serve hot with raita.
