Method
- Melt 4 tbsp butter.
- Add chopped onion and cook till it turns colour.
- Add rice & fry for a couple of mts.
- Add stock a little at a time and cook the rice.
- Melt 2 tbsp butter and add boiled prawns. Saute.
- Add to rice. Add remaining melted butter and grated cheese.
- Mix well.

1/2 cup butter
1 onion
1&1/2 cup rice
1 cup grated cheese
8 cups stock
