Cook tur dal & red spinach in the pressure cooker upto 3 whistles and keep aside.
In a pan fry onion, grated coconut, aniseeds, garlic, coriander seeds, cumin seeds and grind in the mixer till finely ground and add turmeric & tamarind juice.
Put this mixture in a vessel pour the dal & spinach
Add the fresh cleaned prawns and cook for 15 mins.
