Method-
Shell and de-vein the prawns. Wash well.

Heat oil for deep frying. Add prawns and remove after a minute.

Heat a little oil in a pan. Add finely crushed garlic and ginger and then add prawns and saute for a minute. Add seasoning, tomato sauce and stock.

Add diced spring onions and cornflour blended in a little cold water.

Cook till gravy thickens.

Remove and serve hot.
Ingredients:
1 spring onion
1 small piece ginger
Stock as desired
50 gms. cornflour
100 gms. tomato sauce
Salt and pepper to taste
6 cloves garlic
Oil for deep frying
