Prawns in mustard sauce

Method
  1. Mix onions, ginger-garlic paste and green chillies pastes.
  2. Mix the prawns with the paste, salt, chilli and turmeric powder and mustard oil.
  3. Place this mixture in the centre of the foil.
  4. Roast in medium oven for 45 mins.
  5. Serve hot garnished with coriander leaves.
Ingredients:
1 kg. large prawns, shelled, cleaned
2 onions, ground
1/2 tsp. ginger-garlic paste
1/2 tsp, mustard paste
1/4 tsp. chilli powder
2 green chillies, ground
1/4 tsp. turmeric powder
1 tsp. mustard oil
1 tbsp. coriander leaves, chopped
Oil for cooking
Salt to taste
