Refrigerate the dressing for 1 hour
In a salad dish mix prawn and tomato
Garnish with parsley leaves before serving
Mix together for Dressing:
2 tbsp finely chopped lemon grass
3 tsp Any sauce
5 green chillies, finely chopped
1 small onion, finely chopped
1 tbsp crushed mint leaves
1 small raw mango, chopped finely
1 tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp vinegar
1 tbsp olive oil
Salt as per taste
