Sweet sour prawn

  1. Add salt to the prawns and mix in finely cut garlic.
  2. Beat the eggs and add flour and 4 tbsp. water and mix thoroughly.
  3. Heat the oil in a wok.
  4. Put the prawns in the egg mixture and fry the prawns till they are cooked.
  5. Add the prepared sauce to the fried prawns and then serve hot.

500 gms. small sized prawns
4 eggs
2 tbsp. flour (maida)
5 cloves garlic, cut finely
Oil to fry

To make the sauce:
5 tbsp. tomato sauce
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. lime juice
1 tsp. black pepper powder
Salt to taste
