Method
  1. Boil rice. Fry onions & garlic separately.
  2. In the same oil fry chilli powder & take off the fire leaving the oil red in colour.
  3. Mix the boiled rice in this oil.
  4. Serve in a dish surrounded with chilli powder, dried prawn powder, fried onions garlic, sliced raw onions tamarind water and shredded salt fish.
Ingredients:
2 cups - rice
2 - onions, sliced
1 cup - gingelly oil
3 tbsp - chilli powder
40 - dried prawns powdered
1/2 cup - tamarind mixed in 1 cup water & strained
8 - cloves garlic, chopped
1/2 cup - shredded, fried salt fish
