Egg and Chicken Rice

Method
  1. Boil the chicken fillet in water with a bit of salt and half tsp chilli flakes.
  2. Chicken cooks fast.
  3. It will take just about 5 minutes.
  4. Do not throw away the chicken stock left after boiling.
  5. Shred the chicken with your hands or with a fork and knife.
  6. Beat 2 eggs, a bit of salt and a bit of chilli flakes.
  7. You can add a tbsp of milk (optional).
  8. Scramble in 2 tsps of oil in a hot pan and set aside.
  9. In a pan, take another 2 tbsp of oil, add the shredded chicken and scrambled eggs and saute just for a minute.
  10. Add the cooked rice, half a tsp of salt, a dab of chilli flakes again and mix well.
  11. Add some of the chicken stock left over after boiling the chicken and mix well.
  12. Enjoy an easy, scrumptious, healthy meal.
Ingredients:
1 cup - cooked rice
2 - eggs
2 pieces - chicken fillet
3/4 cup - water
Salt to taste
Chilli flakes
1 tbsp - milk
2 tbsp - oil
