Method
- Cut each egg into 4 long strips.
- Heat oil, fry the ginger garlic paste.
- When it turns brown, add the onion strips and fry for 4 mins.
- Add the powder masalas (amchoor, coriander-cumin powder, garam masala, chilli powder, turmeric powder and salt) fry for some time.
- Then add chopped tomatoes and fry for 5 mins. Add the coriander leaves.
- Before serving, add the egg strips.
- Try to keep the egg white and the yolk intact.
