Sukha Egg Masala

Method
  1. Cut each egg into 4 long strips.
  2. Heat oil, fry the ginger garlic paste.
  3. When it turns brown, add the onion strips and fry for 4 mins.
  4. Add the powder masalas (amchoor, coriander-cumin powder, garam masala, chilli powder, turmeric powder and salt) fry for some time.
  5. Then add chopped tomatoes and fry for 5 mins. Add the coriander leaves.
  6. Before serving, add the egg strips.
  7. Try to keep the egg white and the yolk intact.

4 eggs, hard boiled
1 big onion, cut into long thick strips
1 tomato
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
1 tsp red chilli powder
1 tsp tandoori masala
1/2 tsp amchoor/mango powder
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 tsp coriander-cumin powder
1 tbsp oil Coriander leaves for garnishing
