Method
- Mix milk powder, and baking powder in a bowl
- Beat egg in another bowl and add to milk mixture and make small balls
- Meanwhile boil milk in another pan
- While milk is boiling put these balls into the milk
- Add elaichi powder
- Allow to boil on low flame
- Now add sugar, boil for 10 minutes
- Once the balls have absorbed milk, remove from flame and serve.
- Rasmalai in 15 mins
Ingredients:
1 cup - dry milk powder
1 - egg
1 tsp - baking powder
sugar as per taste
4 elaichis
5 to 6 almonds for garnishing
1/4 litre milk
