  1. Boil noodles, drain and deep fry to a crisp brown.
  2. Shred chicken.
  3. Shell and de-vein shrimps.
  4. Cut vegetables into thin long strips.
  5. Heat oil in a pan. Add shredded chicken and saute it and then add shrimps for a few minutes.
  6. Add prepared vegetables. Add chicken stock and seasoning to taste. Add tomato sauce.
  7. Thicken with cornflour blended with cold water.
  8. When mixtue becomes thick, remove from fire and place on crisp noodles.
  9. Serve immediately.
1/2 packet noodles
300 gms. chicken shredded
300 gms shrimps
200 gms. carrots
Salt and pepper to taste
2 pinches ajinomotto
10 ml. chicken stock
300 gms. cabbage
100 gms. onions
1/2 a small bottle tomato sauce
30 gms. cornstarch
10 ml. oil
Oil for deep frying
