Chicken mushroom saute

Method
  1. Marinate the chicken with soya sauce, vinegar, chilli sauce, garlic paste and ginger paste.
  2. Keep aside for about 20 minutes.
  3. Boil button mushrooms in a container till it becomes soft and drain the water.
  4. Oil should be heated in a container.
  5. Fry onions, tomatoes, garlic cloves, capsicum in it.
  6. Cook till the vegetable becomes soft.
  7. Add the already marinated chicken in it. Cook till the chicken gives out water and becomes soft.
  8. Add ajinomoto in it.
  9. The chicken will turn slight brown.
  10. Add the par boiled mushrooms in it and mix well.
  11. Add jalapeno, tomato sauce, soya sauce and chilli sauce to it.
  12. Cook till the entire mixture takes a typical reddish brown colour and sprinkle spring onion pieces on top.
  13. In case you like the hot taste you may sprinkle powdered black pepper on it.
Ingredients:
400g - chicken
250g - mushroom
6 - tomatoes, chopped
4 - red onions, chopped
Spring onions (cut into elongated pieces)
4-6 big pieces - jalapeno, chopped
2 big pieces - capsicum, choppedv 4 tbsp - dark soya sauce
2-3 tsp - vinegar
3 tbsp - tomato sauce
2 tbsp - chilli sauce
3 tsp - garlic paste
1 tsp - ginger paste
1 pinch - ajinomoto
