Method-
Mix all the ingredients in a saucepan.

Cook, stirring for 10 minutes until the mixture coats the back of the spoon.

Do not let it come to a boil or it will curdle.

Pour into 6 cups. Sprinkle with a little cinnamon powder, if desired.

Can be served warm or chilled.

Tastes great with chocolate biscuits.

2 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. instant coffee powder
