Method
  1. Mix all the ingredients in a saucepan.
  2. Cook, stirring for 10 minutes until the mixture coats the back of the spoon.
  3. Do not let it come to a boil or it will curdle.
  4. Pour into 6 cups. Sprinkle with a little cinnamon powder, if desired.
  5. Can be served warm or chilled.
  6. Tastes great with chocolate biscuits.
Ingredients:
2 beaten eggs
1 cup milk
1 cup cream
1/4 cup coffee liquour
2 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. instant coffee powder
