Method
  1. Mix together all the above ingredients.
  2. Grease a heated pan nicely and pour in 3 tbsps. mixture.
  3. Fry on both sides to a brown colour.
  4. Serve with chilli sauce and fried bread crumbs.
Ingredients:
4 - eggs, beaten
2 tbsps - sliced onion and celery
4 tbsps - cooked and minced prawn or shrimps
salt and pepper to taste
