Ginger Vinaigrette

Method
  1. In a small saucepan, combine all ingredients.
  2. Heat and simmer for 3 minutes.
  3. Pour over greens while still hot.
Ingredients:
1/4 c - crystallized ginger, chopped
4 tbsp - rice wine vinegar
2 tbsp - soy sauce
2 tsp - sesame oil
2 tbsp - honey or maple syrup
1 tbsp - dijon mustard
2 c - olive oil
1/2 - lemon
hot red peppers, diced
