Kid-friendly cheese frittata

Method
  1. Ask a parent to switch the oven on to 180C
  2. Chop the spring onions and put them in a bowl. Add the peas to the bowl.
  3. Grate the red pumpkin and add it to the bowl.
  4. Grate the carrot and add it to the bowl.
  5. Crumble cheese cubes with hands and add to the bowl.
  6. Break open eggs into a different bowl taking care to avoid the shells.
  7. Whisk until the yolks are mixed with the white.
  8. Pour the eggs into the other bowl and stir.
  9. Add salt and pepper powder
  10. Coat a round ovenproof dish with oil.
  11. Pour out the mixed ingredients into the dish.
  12. Ask a parent to place the dish in the oven for 30 minutes or until the egg is set.
  13. Serve with toasted bread.
Ingredients:
2 spring onions, ends trimmed
4 tbsp peas
Salt to taste 1/2 tsp - pepper powder 100g red pumpkin, grated
2 carrots, grated
100g cheese cubes
4 eggs
