Method
- Place oil and beans in a food processor.
- Blend until smooth.
- Pour into a bowl, then stir in cheese, salt and chilli powder.
- Cook on high for 1 to 1.5 min or until cheese melts. stir well.
- Serve with corn chips.

310 gm - can red kidney beans
125 gm - grated cheese
60 ml - oil
5 to 7 gm - chilli powder
2 gm - salt
