Chicken Salad

Method
  1. Arrange chicken, mushrooms and cucumber on a plate.
  2. Heat the oil and fry the chilli till black.
  3. Throw the chilli and cool the oil and mix in the rest of the sauce ingredients.
  4. Put over the salad and serve cold.
Ingredients:
250 g - boiled and shredded chicken
3 - small cucumbers, peeled and shredded
2 tbsps - cooked and shredded mushrooms
1/2 tsp - ground ginger
3 tbsp - ground onions
salt to taste

For the sauce:
2 tbsps. sesame seeds, toasted and powdered
1 tsp. ground sugar
1 tbsp. soya sauce
2 tbsps. white vinegar
1 red chilli
2 tbsps. ketchup
1 tbsp. sesame oil
