Egg Dumplings

Method
  1. Beat the eggs thoroughly with salt.
  2. Combine soya sauce, ginger and onions.
  3. Heat frying pan, grease with 1 tbsp. oil and pour in 3 tbsps. of eggs.
  4. When the underside turns firm, fold over, press down edges with the help of a flat spatula and remove the pan.
  5. Repeat the same process until all the ingredients are used up.
  6. Put all the dumplings in a pan and pour over top 1/2 cup water, sugar and remaining soya sauce.
  7. Cover tightly and cook slowly for 10 mins. Serve hot.
Ingredients:
6 - eggs
3 tbsps - soya sauce
1 tsp - sugar
2 - green onions, minced
1/2 tsp - minced ginger
salt and pepper to taste
