Green Chillies in Vinegar
Method
- Wash and pat dry the green chillies. Chop finely.
- Gently rub on paper to remove the excessive seeds.
- In a bowl mix together green chillies, vinegar, soya sauce, pepper, salt and aji-no-motto.
- Keep aside for couple of hours.
- Refrigerate and use when required.
Ingredients:
7 to 8 - green chillies
3 to 4 tbsp - vinegar
½ tsp - soya sauce
pinch - pepper
pinch - salt
pinch - aji-no-motto
