Steamed Omelette

Method
  1. Beat yolks till light. Mix in the rest of the ingredients with the exeption of whites.
  2. Beat the whites to a stiff froth and fold on.
  3. Put the mixture in a well-greased pan and steam till the omelette turns firm.
  4. Put little chilli sauce blended with tomato ketchup over the omelette and serve surrounded by fried bread squares.
Ingredients:
4 - eggs, separated
2 tbsps - cooked and minced chicken meat
1 tbsp - cooked and minced water chestnuts
2 tbsps - minced onions
1/4 tsp - minced ginger
pinch of ajinomotto
salt and pepper to taste
