Method
- Melt chocolate chips in microwave oven with 2tbs of water.
- Blend tofu.
- Add melted chocolate and vanilla to the tofu and continue blending for 3 minutes.
- Slice banana and layer with chocolate mixture in pudding cups.
- Refrigerate for 2 hours.
- Garnish with remaining banana slices and almond slices if desired.
Ingredients:
2 block - tofu (firm)
1 - large banana
12 oz - semi-sweet, dark chocolate chips
1 tsp - vanilla
