Method
  1. In a large bowl mix rice, parsley, coriander, onions and chilies.
  2. Add sour cream and mix well.
  3. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  4. Grease a baking dish and spread half the rice mixture and top with half the cheese.
  5. Repeat layers ending with cheese layer.
  6. Bake at 350 C for 20-25 minutes or till it is bubbly.
  7. Serve hot.
Ingredients:
4 cups - rice, cooked
25 gms - green chillies (dried)
¼ cup - cilantro (coriander) minced
¼ cup - parsley, minced
½ cup - spring onions with green, minced
¾ cup - sour cream
1 cup - cooking cheese 1 cup
pepper to taste
salt to taste
