For fajitta:
Use normal chapatti. Take a chapatti, spread garlic paste, mayo or tomato sauce. Arrange the filling and roll.
For garlic paste:
In a food processor, blend garlic with salt. Add lemon juice, oil and egg white. Blend till you reach a mayo consistency.

2 - chicken breast (cut lenghtwise)
2 - onions
1 each - capsicum, red and green
1 pod - garlic
2 tsp - soya sauce
1 - crushed chilli
4-5 - black peppercorns, crushed

4 pods - garlic
1 - egg white
1 tbsp - lemon juice
Oil
