Method
  1. Heat oil, fry bay leaves, red chilli, cardmom, onion, garlic, ginger.
  2. Add meat, fry till brown, add salt and then red wine as per requirement of thickness of the curry. ]
  3. Keep on medium heat till meat is tender.
  4. Serve hot garnished with mint.
Ingredients:
800g - Meats of your choice (chicken, duck, rabbit or Desi chicken)
15 - onions
1/2 litre - red wine
10 - cloves garlic
1 small stick ginger
12 - cloves
1 tsp - garam masala
2 - bay leaves
5 - cardmom
3 tbsp - oil
2 tsp - red chilli
Salt to taste
