Slice pepper, chilli and onions
Heat oil in a wok or a pan, add garlic and chicken and stir-fry� for one minute.
Add onions, pepper and chilli and stir-fry until chicken is done.
Stir in oyster sauce, light soy sauce, fish sauce or salt, and soy sauce.
500 gm.(1 lb)chicken fillets
1 clove garlic
2 tbsp. oil
2 green peppers
1 fresh red chilli
2 onions
1 tbsp. oyster sauce
1 tsp. light soy sauce
1 tsp. fish sauce or salt to taste
1 tbsp. soy sauce
