Method
- Grind together the green chillies, mint leaves.
- Fry chopped ginger and garlic in hot oil, add water and the ground paste and bring to a boil.
- Add salt, fish pieces and cook for 5 minutes.
- Turn the fish pieces over and cook again for 5 minutes.
- Add coconut milk and allow to simmer for 10 seconds.
- Serve with steamed rice.
